This is a fantastic opportunity for service-focused individuals, who are looking to kick start their careers in the world of Financial Services!We are looking for Ambitious, Driven and Dedicated customer service professionals to work in a fun and dynamic CBD office. In this role you will be responsible for consulting with customers regarding their Insurance and to identify the best solutions available to fit their needs.
The role:
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via telephone regarding their Insurance policies.
- Identifying customer needs through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Provide efficient and outstanding service throughout every customer interaction.
- Managing Client records / Data entry / Follow up calls.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Confident, friendly out-going personality.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must.
- Drive & Motivation to be successful and grow your career.
- Great Sydney CBD Location.
- 4-week full paid training period.
