Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre Industry. We are proud partners of a leading Energy provider, who are looking for customer service superstars to join their growing organisation on a permanent basis.
Working in a contact centre environment, you will be handling inbound calls from existing customers regarding their gas and electricity services. As a first point of contact, you will provide solutions to help resolve customer queries and give them an exceptional customer service experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience working in a customer service role, either face to face or within a contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening
  • Strong problem solving skills and adaptability
  • Ability to follow company policies and processes
