Due to continued growth, we are looking for multiple experienced Customer Service Specialists to join their growing team based in Sydney CBD.

Role Responsibilities: 
  • Inbound customer service calls regarding products and services
  • Manage incoming emails and web chat platforms
  • Use active listening skills to efficiently problem solve and find solutions
  • Provide a personal and informed customer service experience on every call
What we look for:
  • 2 years inbound customer service contact centre experience 
  • Previous retail or phone-based banking experience is highly desirable 
  • Highly organised with strong administration and multi-tasking skills 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude!
