Tenacity CX specialises in Contact Centre and Customer Experience Recruitment; we have multiple contract opportunities with some of the leading brands in financial services. We are looking for well-presented, customer centric, contact centre professionals with excellent communication skills.

Role duties Include:
  • Managing customer inquiries via inbound/outbound telephone calls relating to a variety of finance products
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
  • Identifying customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
  • Manage general administration and processing duties across various banking departments 
  • Scanning, collating documents and data entry 
  
Skills & attributes required:
  • 2 years Customer Service Contact Centre Experience
  • Previous Experience in Superannuation/Banking/Insurance is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude is a must!
  • Ability to follow processes and work towards KPI's  
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
