Tenacity CX specialises in Contact Centre and Customer Experience Recruitment; we have multiple contract opportunities with some of the leading brands in financial services. We are looking for well-presented, customer centric, contact centre professionals with excellent communication skills.Role duties Include:
- Managing customer inquiries via inbound/outbound telephone calls relating to a variety of finance products
- Providing an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
- Identifying customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
- Manage general administration and processing duties across various banking departments
- Scanning, collating documents and data entry
Skills & attributes required:
- 2 years Customer Service Contact Centre Experience
- Previous Experience in Superannuation/Banking/Insurance is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude is a must!
- Ability to follow processes and work towards KPI's
- Ability to work well in a team environment
