Customer Service Consultant
  • Multiple roles available
  • Based in North Ryde – free parking
  • Training starts Monday 4 July, 2022
  • FT, 6-month contract with potential to go perm!
  • $29.59 p/hr + super + penalty rates, 38hrs pw
  • 3 weeks of structured training
  • Bright and vibrant office-based role
  • No Weekends - No KPI’s - No sales targets
  • Call Centre hours open 6am - 7pm Mon to Fri - rotating rosters

        About the role:
  • Support healthcare customers to live independently in their homes by providing medical supplies designed to assist them as part of their care plans.
  • Attend to the needs of tradespersons that require specialist gear to seamlessly do their roles.
  • The next call could be from a University, hospital or laboratory requiring a bulk order of medical equipment for their work space.
  • Answer queries around invoices
        This is a great role for a candidate that can work:
  • Full-time hours in the office
  • That have or are studying in the areas of nursing or chemistry
  • Have solid customer service experience that would love to transition from retail to contact centre work.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all inbound customer inquiries to final resolution via multiple channels
  • Educate the customer on the digital / self-serve options available to them
  • Update and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions 
  • Liaise with peers & internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of customer requirements
        Skills & attributes required:
  • Have a passion for Customer Service and finding the solution to a problem
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management
  • Natural problem-solving skills
  • "A can do attitude"
  • Ability to absorb, understand and convey technical information
