The role:
- Processing and verifying documents for home loan applications
- Liaising via email with brokers and advisers
- Administration and data entry for each case handled
- Work towards personal and team targets while achieving consistent service standards.
- A foot in the door with a highly reputable banking organisation
- Supportive, friendly and collaborative team-based environment
- $28 - $30 per hour + Super + long term opportunity for permanency
- Monday to Friday working business hours in modern offices in the city!
- Work from home flexibility once you are fully trained and compentant in the role
- Previous financial services experience is highly desirable
- 1-2 years experience working in a structured and process-driven working enviomrent - Contact centre
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow process is essential
- Can-do attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working towards targets and KPI's
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must
