As a partner with a BIG4BANK we have multiple contract opportunities working as a Customer Service and Processing Consultant. We are looking for well-presented, professional and experienced customer service individuals who are looking to progress their career in the world of banking.

Role duties Include:
  • Review and assess customer documents for lending applications 
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers via phone and email providing an exceptional service experience for all 
  • Working in a structured, fast-paced, team environment
  • Following guidelines and procedures to meet compliance requirements 
  
Skills & attributes required:
  • Previous financial services or banking experience is highly desirable 
  • Previous experience in contact centre, processing or adminstration 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude is a must!
  • Ability to follow processes and work towards KPI's  
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
