Job description

As a partner with a BIG4BANK we have multiple contract opportunities in Customer Service and Administration. We are looking for well-presented, professional and experienced individuals who are looking to progress their career in the world of banking.

Role duties Include:
  • Reviewing and verifying documents for banking applications 
  • Liaising with customers and stakeholders via phone and email
  • Following guidelines and procedures to meet compliance requirements 
  • Manage general administration and processing duties across various banking departments 
Skills & attributes required:
  • Previous financial services or banking experience 
  • Experience reviewing or processing finance documents 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude is a must!
  • Ability to follow processes and work towards KPI's  
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
