Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Customer Service and Administration Specialists to join their growing team based in Sydney CBD.

- Review, access and verify customer documents for applications

- Provide a personal and informed customer service experience on every interaction
- 2 years customer service contact centre or administration experience
- Previous retail or phone-based banking experience is highly desirable
- Highly organised with strong administration and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude!
