Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team based in Sydney CBD.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Inbound customer service calls regarding home loan products and services
  • Manage incoming emails and web chat platforms
  • Review and access customer documents for applications 
  • Assisting in processing/back-office support
  • Efficiently solving problems whilst delivering exceptional service
  • Learning new things and being involved in change management
  • Ad hoc duties as required
What we look for:
  • 2 years inbound customer service contact centre experience
  • Previous retail or phone-based banking experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Highly organised with strong administration and multi-tasking skills 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude
You will be required to work on a rotating roster between Monday – Friday 8 am – 8 pm & Saturday – Sunday 8 am – 6pm. You won’t have to work every weekend but will need to be flexible.
  
Please note: This is a full-time contract, full working rights are required. The successful applicant will be subject to a full criminal history and bankruptcy check.
