This is a newly defined role for a Customer Experience Agent.You will be working for a well regarded online Home Cooking Company that specialise in the Delivery of GOOD COMFORT FOOD!
This is a full time permanent role working Monday-Friday, regular business hours. After training, this role will be primarily Work From Home.
The role:
- Answering email enquiries from customers
- Inbound Customer Channels span - Email/Live Chat/Phone calls
- Work as part of a small team to ensure a positive overall Customer Experience
- MUST be able to confidently manage a customer enquiry via email
- Have a passion for Customer Service and for finding the solution to a problem
- Happy to work as part of a small growing team
- Be a creative thinker
- Strong computer literacy is desired
