Customer Engagement Representatives- 6 month contract with view to extend or go perm!
- Full-time hours, Mon to Fri
- Based in North Ryde

A glimpse into your future role:
- You will be given 3 weeks of in-house training, where you will be taught systems - SAP and Salesforce (the trainers are amazing – lovely and knowledgeable people)
- You will be guided through customer service training, objection handling, policies and procedures
- Then you will be led by your NEW leader to your area of focus, whether it be medical or Industrial, and you will receive relevant and in-depth product training
- You will have the chance to sit and observe LIVE calls so you can hear exactly what calls you will be taking later on
- When you reach the floor you will have support around you until you are comfortable
- Once you and your leader agree you are competent and confident, you can enjoy a flexible working from home and in-office week. Win-Win!!
Some future career options in the company could be:
Contact Centre Leader, Contact Centre Manager, Accounts, Field Sales … and if you have an engineering, chemistry, medical or business degree, there are far more options available.

Tell me a bit more, I need the nitty gritty:
- Training starts 17 October– it will be approximately a group of ten
- The large spacious office is based in North Ryde
- FREE onsite parking, or a short leisurely stroll from the train station
- $30.95 per hour plus super, and penalty rates for outside the norm hours
- Contact Centre hours open from 5am – 8pm (because we take calls across all Australian states and New Zealand)
- Monday to Friday – no weekend work – how cool is that!
- NO KPI’s other than Quality, not even a sales target
- Taking orders for products and safety equipment
- Providing prices and quotes
- Chatting about product specifics and recommending features and benefits
- Solving queries that may arise in regard to billing and orders
- Transferring to other departments where needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliability and Flexibility
- A willingness to learn and commit, in the training period, and through your tenure
- Happy vibes and ability to work in a team
- Solutions focused mind and problem-solving ability
- Tech savvy
- Ability to learn, retain and deliver complex information
- Honesty and Integrity
- COVID vaccinations (or exemption letter)
- 2 work references and a Police Check are part of the process
- An updated CV and a true desire to join the team
