We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join their high performing team based in Parramatta. You will work within a collaborative team delivering exceptional customer service to health insurance customers.The Role:
This position is to work part time across a weekend, working Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm and Monday on a rotational roster between 8am - 6pm.
Successful candidates will be required to undertake a 5 week full time training & induction program that will run Monday to Friday during which time you will be paid a full time wage.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be working to set goals to ensure existing customers are receiving a personal and stand out service at all times.
- Handling incoming calls and queries from members in relation to their insurance coverage and policy.
- Working to educate the customer around their cover and assist them with queries in relation to providers, claims process and coverage.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential & phone-based role is desirable.
- A desire to succeed within a high performing, customer and sales focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to problem solve, identify solutions and provide superior customer service.
- Ability to work weekends and hours and days required.
- A willingness to learn and a ‘can do’ attitude.
