Contact Centre Representatives- Based in Artarmon, Sydney

- Learn about the various home care packages available through NDIS to ensure our community are comfortable recovering, and living within their homes
- Are passionate about helping your management team to implement procedures that will improve the customer service experience
About the Opportunity:
This NFP Provider requires your expertise to assist in managing their service levels within their busy contact centre.
You will be one of three customer service gurus that brings to life, a small dedicated team to answer calls and emails from valued clients.
Not only will you handle the queries, you will also play a part in devising a process to reduce repeat emails and call backs, therefore having a strong impact on customer experience and service levels.
In-house training will be provided.
About you:
- Previous experience in a high volume contact centre
- Customer centricity in spades
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use a CRM, MS Office and learn quickly
- Working experience in contact centre KPIs
- A "Can-Do" Attitude
- A strong focus on resolving queries as quickly and accurately as possible
