We are proud partners of a reputable Financial Services company who is looking for Client Services Consultants to join their growing organisation on a permanent full time basis.
We are seeking customer focused and highly motivated individuals, who are keen to learn and develop their career in wealth.
In this role, you will handle inbound phone enquiries from customers and finance professionals regarding complex products within the Wealth space. You will utilise your exceptional customer service skills to identify the client’s needs, through effective questioning and active listening skills.
To be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service within a contact centre environment based in the finance, banking or insurance industries.
- Previous experience in Banking and Financial Services highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn – ability to have consultative conversations and understand complex products
- Strong problem solving skills, resilience and adaptability
