- Provide exceptional face to face customer service
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to consult customers on insurance policies best suited to their need
- Demonstrated ability to work towards set KPI's and targets
- Perform telephone and email sales including business development activities
- Maintain accurate membership information in accordance with business policy and procedure
- CBD based with the potential to travel to different regional locations
- A want to deliver exceptional service with every transaction given each customer a personalised experience
- Demonstrated experience or an aspirational drive to sell to members
- Previous experience in a customer service environment working toward KPI's
- Competent in using CRM computer systems or the ability to quickly learn complex computer systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt positively to frequently changing work practices and needs
- Must hold a full drivers licence
