Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced administrators to provide a range of support for a range of routine processing and reconciliations, audits, compliance and various other tasks.

Role Responsibilities:
- Processing all requests efficiently and accurately
- Processing card disputes
- Follow up and clearing items in the suspense accounts daily
- Ensuring all week is processed within the agreed SLAs
- Escalating breaches promptly
- Reporting issues and inaccuracies quickly, and resolving them in the correct time frames
- Ensuring ongoing maintenance of files and records
- Other duties as requested by the Head of Banking Operations
What we look for:
- You will have a talent for numerical and written accuracy, and be able to work to deadlines
- Ideally previous experience in cards and payment disputes
- Previous experience in banking or financial services
- Computer confident and able to deal with customers and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills
- Have experience with manage conflict and issues to resolution
- Strong attention to detail
