Job descriptionAs a partner with a BIG4BANK, we have a back-end office support role available. We are looking for well-presented, professional and experienced individuals who are looking to progress their career in the world of banking. In this role, you will be responsible for the processing and finalising of estate files, reviewing and verifying documentation and adhering to guidelines and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
Skills & attributes required:
- Demonstrated processing and administration experience within Financial Services
- Previous banking experience highly desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, problem solving skills and decision-making ability
- A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to adhere to policies and processes
- Ability to work well in a team environment
