We have partnered with a digital start-up, who are about to launch a new product into the Australian Market. This business has big plans and strong values - Customer-centric, digitally daring and a huge passion for the environment!!!We are looking for a highly motivated 2IC who is customer-focused, with proven experience across Live Chat functions within a start-up environment. You will work closely with the Care Team Leader and look after the day to day team operations.
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills & attributes:
- Proven experience in training and managing service-focused agents (2+ years)
- 2 years experience in Live chat – WhatsApp & Webchat
- Highly focused on providing exceptional customer experience through every interaction
- A real go getter who is constantly thinking outside the box – Ideas always welcomed!!
- Flexibility to quickly adapt to change as the business evolves
- Ability to create a strong team culture and successful working environment
